All in one episode this week with so few games to cover but the fellers amble through several other topics, both on and off FCS so it is a full episode of content. We will be off until our final show of the year on Jan. 4th, 2023 to preview the National Championship game.
249 – 2022-1208 – Rd3 PREVIEW
This podcast the guys preview the games upcoming for Friday night and Saturday and have some really good content and conversation over the games. The also go over The Princess Bride, so you know, well rounded listening experience here.
248 – 2022-1207 – Rd2 REVIEW
Lance and Kris cover the round of 16, Walter Payton, and the current coaching carousel for week 14 in the FCS.
247 – 2022-1201 – Rd2 PREVIEW
Kris and Lance hit us with some discussion of the bidding controversy to start the show and then roll into the games for the coming weekend and let us know who they think might be able to surprise. It’s gonna be really interesting to see what Delaware, Richmond, and Furman might be able to do this Saturday. Does Gardner-Webb have a shot against W&M, it is very possible and should be a great watch too. Kris said bet the farm on that one.
246 – 2022-1130 – Rd1 REVIEW
Kris and Lance rarely, and I mean very rarely have any guests on the show so this week Kris invited one of his friends to come on and discuss some football. Paul Sorensen, 1/2 of the EWU radio broadcast team, a former WSU Safety, draft pick in the 1982 NFL Draft, and although not an Eagle alumni a man that knows how to fly the double bird. Great to have him with the fellers to discuss the 1st round games and give some insight on the BSC teams that he knows well.
245 – 2022-1124 – Rd1 PREVIEW
Round 1 game previews and some analysis layed out from Lance and Kris so give a listen and Happy Thanksgiving to our listeners…and even our non listeners I guess but they won’t see this anyway.
244 – 2022-1123 – WK12 REVIEW
Lance, Kris, & Tim spend one more week together going over the selections for the playoff and give their superlative viewpoints on what we have coming up this year.
AGS Poll: Week 12 Top 25 Results
Welcome to a special Selection Sunday edition of the AGS Poll. In an effort to beat the FCS playoffs selection show, which airs at 12:30PM ET on ESPNU, we’re publishing a day early to see whether or not the selection committee sees things similarly to the AGS community. Week 12 saw saw a new team rise to the top of the poll as Sacramento State edged out South Dakota State for the #1 spot – the first time ever the Hornets have ascended to #1 in the AGS Poll. They were followed by Montana State, North Dakota State, and Incarnate Word who maintained their positions at #3-#5, respectively.
As for teams climbing the rankings in the final week of the regular season the trio of Southeast Missouri State, New Hampshire, and Idaho all took advantage of some losses in front of them to move up 4 spots each to #14-#16, respectively. Southeastern Louisiana, the automatic qualifier for the playoffs out of the Southland, moved up 5 spots to #17 and Fordham made a 6 spot jump to #18.
The teams falling were headlined by Montana who fell 9 spots to #12 after a convincing loss to rival Montana State. Chattanooga also took an 8 spot dive to #22 after being upset by Western Carolina. North Dakota and Delaware each fell four spots to #20 and #25, respectively after dropping their week 12 games. We had the same top 25 teams as last week just in a separate order.
In terms of conference representation the Big Sky and CAA led the way each putting 6 teams into the top 25. They were followed by the SOCON with 4, the MVFC with 3, and the Patriot and Southland who each had 2 teams in the top 25. Eight conferences were represented in this week’s AGS Top 25.

Kris and Lance are joined by our friend Tim Plesuk for some playoff field talk. Good details in this one.
242 – 2022-1117 – WK12 PREVIEW
Rivalry weekend in college football. We shouldall want to beat our rivals but be grateful for having a good one.
I only root against the Bobcats in one single game each year, and it is upon us. A worthy opponent is the only thing that can make it mean everything.
UC Davis and Sac State? How big is that game…it is ridiculously big. Man, what a weekend. I’ve only scratched the surface. Kris and Lance, they lay it down so listen up and learn something.
